Download Key Product Data: Our Revolutionary New Website Feature

After the successful launch of our state-of-the-art online ordering platform in 2023, we spent much of 2024 working on developing new ways to revolutionise the way we serve our customers. Now we have another key feature that enhances customer experience and demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement.

Download data from your lists:

Customers can now export product data to CSV from the ‘Your Lists’ area of the storefront, this includes the default lists available to customers: Buy Again, Favourites, Your Offers, Contract Prices, and Ordered in the last 7 / 30 days.

Additionally, you can download this bulk data from Custom Lists. Custom Lists can be easily created by clicking “Save to List” on the Product Details page or by clicking the icon below, which will appear on all of our products as you scroll.
For larger lists we have recently added new functionality which will allow us to upload lists onto your account on your behalf, simply reach out to our Customer Care team (which has been made even easier thanks to our Web Chat) or your Business Development Manager to get this set up.

Quick and Easy to use:
With just two clicks required, our Export Product Data feature could not be easier to use! Simply navigate to the list that you want to download data for and click the Export Product Data button.
Then you can decide whether you want to download the data or have it emailed to yourself, from which you can then download or send it on to someone else, where they can download this data without needing a Dunsters Farm account.

Detailed Data to help you make informed choices:

Our Product Data Export will download as an easy to navigate CSV file. You may need to expand the Ingredients column to see all the ingredients but this is as easy as clicking and dragging the column. 

Within this CSV file you should be able to find out the following information about your products: SKU, Product Name, Ingredients, Allergens, Additives, and Dietary Requirements. The information contained may be subject to change at a later date.

If required we can add additional information to this Product Data Export, such as Nutritional Information, please speak to your Business Development Manager about what information is required for your business.
