The Fastest 50 Awards, run in association with the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, shine a spotlight on the North West’s most successful, innovative, and high-growth companies. The list is based on verified financial data from Companies House and celebrates those who’ve shown consistent turnover growth over the past three years – while staying profitable.

We’ve come a long way from our roots as a local milk round. Since taking over from their dad in 2014, our sibling duo Hannah Barlow and Tom Mathew have led the business through major changes – from embracing new technology and expanding our product range to growing through acquisition. But through it all, we’ve kept the same values that have been at the heart of Dunsters since day one: great service, strong community ties, and a passion for doing things the right way.
Our founder, Les Ratcliffe – Hannah and Tom’s grandfather – was a trailblazer in his time, spotting food trends early (like yogurt!) and always giving back. That spirit still drives everything we do today.
