Since our inception, Dunsters Farm has been a force for good in our local community. Throughout the last few years though, you’ll have noticed a renewed focus on our charitable support and in our 60th year we’ll be looking for further ways we can make a difference as a team, and a business.
We are also passionate about gender equality and believe that violence against women should have no place in our society. With this in mind, one of the first charities we’ll be committing our support to in 2023, is White Ribbon, a leading UK charity engaging with men to prevent violence against women.
We’ll be working towards full accreditation with White Ribbon as a Supporting Organisation, committing to raise awareness about men’s violence against women and positive masculinity.
In order for us to gain Supporter Organisation status, all staff will have the opportunity to support the charity with personal pledges, awareness activities and we’ll also be looking for fundraising event ideas to raise donations & awareness of the charity around White Ribbon Day, on November 25th 2023.
