Recipe – Cheese & Ham Potato Skins
Large Baking Potato, 75g grated cheese, 2 slices of cooked ham.
Pop a potatoto in the oven at 180 for 60-80 mins, until fluffy on the inside and crispy outside. After cooling, slice potatoes in half, and scoop out the mashed potato – making shells. In a bowl, mix the mashed potato, 50g of grated cheese and 2 slices of ham. Finish with a sprinkling of grated cheese, then grill for 5 minutes until your cheese has melted on the top.
Recipe – Tuna Pasta Bake
1 Tin of Tuna, 150g Grated Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 tin of sweetcorn, 300ml passata.
Preheat oven to 180. Cook Pasta according to pack instructions & drain. Meanwhile, in a baking dish, add the drained & flaked tuna along with the Passata and sweetcorn. Mix well then sprinkle the whole mixture with cheese. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until bubbling and golden!
