Dr Santosh Salunkhe has successfully completed his Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP). The KTP was a collaboration between Dunsters Farm, Manchester Metropolitan University Business School and Santosh as the Associate. We are pleased that Santosh has chosen to join the business on a full-time basis as Transformation & Social Value Manager.
Santosh’s role will have two main aspects:
1) Continuous Improvement –Santosh will lead strategic commercial projects to improve our performance and productivity across any area of the business.
2) Social Value – Santosh will take a lead on increasing the wider financial and nonfinancial value that Dunsters can create through our day-to-day commercial activities in terms of the wellbeing of individuals, communities and the environment.
He will be part of the SLT and work across any department. He will report to and work closely with Tom Mathew to further achieve strategic objectives for the business.
As some of you may know, Santosh is a PhD-qualified, chartered engineer. As part of his KTP he has also qualified as a Prince2 Agile Project Manager. Santosh’ appointment demonstrates the company’s ambition and commitment to continuously improving how it operates.
