Descriptions and Photos:
Our online ordering platform features high quality images and detailed descriptions. Make informed decisions about your menu’s with our up-to-date Ingredients List, Allergen Information, and Dietary & Lifestyle guide. We have also inputted COSHH Data Sheets for Non-Food products. You can even download PDF’s of each products specifications.
Lists and Search Functionality:
To improve your shopping experience we have implemented Lists to make your ordering fast and easy. Use our Favourites List to keep track of products your interested in, Our Buy Again List shows your recent purchases and allows you to add them to your basket in the same quantities as previously ordered. Our Lists can also be filtered for further refinement. We have also implemented Advanced Algolia AI to improve the Search functionality so you can always find your desired items. Additionally, customers can download data, such as, ingredients, allergens, and dietary requirements about their products through the ‘Export Product Data’ in the ‘Your Lists’ section of the storefront.
Replacements and Delivery:
On every product page you will be able to find alternatives in case the product is out of stock or not quite what you are looking for. You will also be able to find delivery details that takes into account the Supplier and Customer’s delivery schedules to give you an accurate date for its delivery.
Team Management and Account Details:
Team management has never been easier, simply type in their email address and you can add new users to your organisation with no issue. Manage who can order for each account or assign admins that can help run you organisation. Should your personnel change simply delete no old accounts with a click of a button.
Check your orders, delivery details, and payment methods with the Your Account menu. You can also view and download invoices and credit notes, as well as managing your settings and notifications.
Exclusive Promos:
Keep an eye out for our exclusive web-only promotions, with the Your Offers List you can see any ongoing offers and promotions to help you bag a bargain. These promotions are changed monthly so don’t miss out!
Speedy Ordering:
Our Ordering Site is designed so that ordering can be done in seconds. Your time is valuable so skip the basket and head straight to checkout if you wish. With our easy to understand UI, lists, and excellent search & sorting tools it is no wonder that on average most orders take less than a minute from log-in to checkout.
Mobile App:
After a lengthy development we our proud to reveal that our Dunsters Farm Ordering App for Mobile and Tablet devices has launched on the App store for IOS devices and the Google Play store for Android version!
This Mobile App will make ordering on with Dunsters Farm more accessible and convenient for our customers, allowing for quick and easy on-the-go ordering
Chat & Order:
Introducing our WebChat Feature on our Online and Mobile Ordering site, this allows for real-time customer support. No robots, chat with one of our friendly staff members to deal with any issues. With the Chat Feature you will also be able to place orders, view invoices, coordinate with other members of your organisation, and more.
Card Payments:
We are glad to announce that we are working with Stripe Checkout to offer a debit / credit card payment option.
