Now that it’s finally July we can start to get excited for summer!

1. Keep Hydrated
We don’t often get to enjoy the sunshine up north but when we do, it’s important to keep hydrated. Start off your day with 2 glasses of cold water and keep up your water consumption throughout the day!
2. Enjoy a picnic
On a gorgeous sunny Saturday, we love heading to Lytham or the Lake District for a picnic. Pack your sandwiches, scotch eggs and snacks and enjoy the sun!
3. Bring out the BBQ
Nothing says summer better than a BBQ! We are quite partial to pulled pork burger but we have one customer who likes nothing better than to pop one of our sensational samosas on the barbie!
