We’re excited to welcome you as a supplier exhibitor at our Dunsters Farm Customer VIP Day, held at the Premier Suite, BWFC Toughsheet Stadium.
This page contains all the essential details you’ll need for the event, including set-up information, key contacts, and required forms to complete before the day. Please read through carefully and pay particular attention to the Exhibitor Declaration Form and submission deadline.
REQUIRED FROM EXHIBITORS (DEADLINE 30th APRIL 2026)
We require ALL exhibitors to complete:
- Our Exhibitor Declaration form below.
- Risk Assessment (must be completed & emailed to Craig Newton by 30th April deadline – see below for template)
- Exhibitor Product form (this has been emailed to each supplier individually for completion)
- Proof of Public Liability Insurance (as per below)

As part of our commitment to sustainability and reducing food waste, our charity partners, FareShare Greater Manchester, will be onsite to collect any leftover food at the end of the event. All other waste will need to be disposed of by suppliers.
SAMPLING
We encourage all exhibitors to allow visitors to sample products during the show, please indicate which products you’ll be displaying at the event in the excel document (see email from Buying Director, Craig Newton)
